Introduction to ESSDACK NOW
If your organization has an event that would be enhanced by a live webcast with real time feedback and or archival on our database, please visit our Request Coverage page and let us know.
After submitting your request, we will review the information and put the event on our calendar. Live events require a little more information on issues dealing with connectivity impacting our ability to stream video from the event location. Upon confirmation, we will travel to your site and broadcast the event to our website to be viewed on the day of the event. If you wish, shortly afterward the event will be archived and will be accessible from our archive pages.
Multimedia Capture, Webcast, Recording, Archiving, and Podacasting Services
- Personnel: ESSDACK Member $35/hr/person plus travel time charged one way, ESSDACK Non-Member $50/hr/person plus travel time charged two ways (round trip)
- Mileage: Charged at the IRS rate (currently 44.5 cents/mile)
- Food & Lodging: Charged at actual expense incurred; copy of receipts provided
Services included in the above pricing:
- Live Internet webcast of the event (provided broadband Internet access is available at the broadcast location).
- A digital copy of the recording.
Other Services Available:
- Post-Production Editing
- Web Hosting/Archiving/Podcasting
- DVD duplication
Costs for all customized broadcasts that require services beyond those stated above will be provided via pre-broadcast proposals.
